Processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed. Processing typically takes a few business days. If a piece needs longer, we'll reach out at the email you provide.
Shipping
We ship within Nigeria and internationally on request. Delivery timeframes and cost depend on your location and are confirmed during order follow-up.
Returns
Unworn items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email us with your order reference, and we'll confirm the details and next steps.
Exchanges
For a different size or piece, let us know within the same 7-day window, and we'll do our best to sort a straight swap where stock allows.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us with photos as soon as you can, and we'll make it right.
