Using this site
By using this site and placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the current version always applies.
Products and pricing
Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice. We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colours may vary slightly on different screens. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order.
Orders and payment
An order confirmation means we've received your order, not that we've accepted it. That happens once payment is confirmed and the order is prepared for fulfilment. If a payment provider isn't available at checkout, your order is recorded and we'll follow up directly with payment instructions before any charge is made.
Intellectual property
The KUTOKI name, logo, graphics and site content belong to KUTOKI and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable Nigerian consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
